This is the closest Tim Hortons to my workplace and I don't think I will come back ever again. I don't think I have ever had a positive experience here. I came today as a last chance, I came around 11am and it was not busy at all and yet it . I ordered a coffee with crispy chicken. First of all the coffee was not hot. I try to take sip of the coffee it’s tasteless. Look like she gave me expired coffee. After my request she gave me a new one. But the problem they serve expire coffee to the customers. We are customers know better than you guys how’s your coffee taste is. So not to be smart in front of customers. It’s was very bad experience at all.

Most of the time I am not impressed with the service at this location, but this morning I'm taking time to say that service was GREAT! Chris is such a happy person that he makes you smile!!I had another person making my bagel and he took the best care for it that I've never seen, it was actually cute to watch - granted it wasn't as busy as usual but still. Positivity is worth sharing when things are good!

This is the closest tim to my workplace and I ordered one tea with bagel online so what happened is the tea I wanted to order with the cream and sugar so they said this is what you paid for,I was not denying paying,just wanted to get tea with some taste but the workers being racist and saying I don’t understand what she is saying(One white girl and boy) and being rude to me was not good.

Because there are a ton of people that work in the area, it gets very busy here! They do a decent job and the express line helps a bit too, but prepare to wait during the peak times.

I wanted to order roasted beef & cheddar but was served with a small roast beef craveables…and the potato wedge amount is less than other branches.

This branch is extremely busy in the morning. Use the mobile app to order ahead otherwise you’ll have to wait a long time to get your order. The staff are nice but it’s really just a high volume location.

Bosron donut was good. My friend Christian said farmer wrap was good. Mateo said the kevin’s sausage wrap was veery good! But Barbara’s coffee was too full and too hot. Adelina waited for like 20 mins and she had the wrong meal.Adam took rice from chinese restaurant and was too spicy!

This is the only Tims on my walk to work from Union. I usually use the app to order 10mins in advance to skip the line. 1 out of 3 times the order is not ready and there is a backlog wait longer than if I had just waited in line.

Consistent and quick. Probably the best Tim Hortons. It's managed well and the food and beverages are consistent. The employees are generally quick, friendly and helpful. Recently, Zeynab went above and beyond to assist me. I'm surprised to see the rating for this location is so low, it's one of the better Tim's!

This is the closest Tim Hortons to my workplace and I don't think I will come back every again. I don't think I have ever had a positive experience here. I came today as a last chance, I came around 2 PM and it was not busy at all and yet it still took me forever to get my potato wedges. POTATO WEDGES. All you have to do is scoop them into a cup and hand it to me, how does that take more than 10 minutes when there is only one other person waiting for food? They have so many people working (Like 10), and yet half of them do nothing and have terrible attitudes. Also, how is it every time I get a Boston Cream donut, it is dry AF, and the amount of cream inside is the size of a loonie. Typically the cream fills the whole donut at other locations, but not this one. Definitely would not recommend coming here for the awful quality of products along with the terrible service.Last Note: Is it so hard to STIR the ingredients in your coffee???
