Courteny's great. And great at what she does. She's available to offer me off hour pick up and drop off times, as I have to travel to reach her, and her work is timely and thorough.She always gives me the time of day at pick up and answers all my questions about instrument care and other professional queries.Actually, I wish my flute needed more regular tune ups!

I go here regularly for my flute maintenance as well as saxophone maintenance. Courtney always does a great job at a high standard, and she is a really nice person to work with when it comes to more specific/detailed work that a professional player may need. I would recommend her to any saxophonist or flutist.

Fine Tuning Brass & Woodwind Repair
I have taken both my clarinet and tenor sax several times to Fine Tuning for repairs. Courtney has always fixed their various problems to my great satisfaction and even improved the playability of both instruments. What I have most appreciated though is that she was able to do emergency repairs when the instruments failed me just before an important concert and I was able to show up when the show just had to go on!

Courtney takes great pride in her work and it's shows. She has handled working in a pandemic with grace making sure that both her customers and herself are protected. Turn around time is not unreasonable and the instruments come back playing and sounding like they're brand new. I trust her with my flute wholeheartedly. Best technician on the island!

Fine Tuning was able to get my husband's old trombone working well after 20+ years in storage. Now my child can play it in school band. Courtney was able to smooth the dents and explain to my child how to care for it and prevent future damage.I appreciated the professional, timely and thoughtful approach.
