AvoidNasty staff who shout at customersA homeless man came to have lunch and chat with 2 young people waiting for the ferry.The staff yelled at him to leave because he was homeless and not cleanThey then also fired the 2 youngsters for talking to himThe toilets were disgusting even though the store had just opened (5 a.m.), so it's easy to understand that they never clean the toilets if everything is dirty even when they open.The coffees have no taste and the bagels are made with rotten eggs that make you vomit afterwards.

Tried a different Tim Horton’s today. At this one staff were focused on drive-through customers, with neither of the only 2 staff visible paying any attention to walk-in customers.

This location is the worst! They rush you so much in the drive through that you forget what to order, it is the strangest thing!!! Fast service is one thing but this is insane!!! Also I refuse to back up from the window in the drive through to help your ‘numbers’ look better. Often there are items missing from the order… I don’t review anything, but this is ridiculous, and must be said.

While the staff are all very friendly, they tend to cut their customers off while ordering in drive thru. Multiple times, with different staff, I've been cut off mid sentence with Ok drive ahead" or "that's all?" As I'm in the middle of making my order. (And I'm not pausing- I'm quite literally in the middle of describing the kind of drink I want). My mother has also complained to me about this issue as well.As someone who used to work at a different Tim Hortons a few years ago I understand the pressure to get fast times in the DT. But please wait until someone is done ordering before telling them to drive ahead to the window.(Food & drinks are never an issue

Rude 85% of the time, almost always screw things up. I keep thinking maybe its new staff but to have this happen so often i doubt it. I tried numerous times to give them a chance but id rather go out of my way than go there from now on. For example...asked for the caramel toffee cold brew. I got an ice coffee with caramel flav and no foam. They said its the same. No its not.

Do not go to this place for food,I purchased a BLT bagel with extra tomatoes for $7.00. Good thing i checked it before leaving because it barely had a 1/4 of tomatoes in it, if a person is paying for extra you expect to see extra, heck they even cheaped out on the lettuce..Get your drinks but ignore the food menu.Edit: i called the #the aka owners told me to call expecting an actual compensation vs them just listening to my experience.#BOYCOTTTIMHORTONS

I ordered from Skip The Dishes, the bread from my Turkey Bacon Clubs were REALLY BAD, it was hard as a rock. It seems if was left overnight and they just reheated the bread. That shows the inexperience of food safety handling.I went all the way to the store with the proof of the sandwiches to then ask for the manager. A worker helped us immediately and went to look for someone in charge. The manager did not even faced us, he/she just sent their workers to re-make the sandwiches.I did not receive a single apology...

I had a poor experience at this location today. And it's too busy and I have my kids so I can't go in to complain. But hopefully this reaches the right person. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a bagel for myself and my 2 kids. And only recieved one sandwich and the bagel. So I didn't get my food. I also ordered 2 waters that I did not recieve at all, and I ordered 10 timbits and none of them have been glazed.
