Ten Ren's Tea
Don’t come here unless you are willing to wait over 10 minutes for bubble tea take out. Even ordering over the phone 10 minutes prior to arrival, wait was still another 10 minutes. My review is based on multiple visits on multiple different times and days. Never appears to be busy each time (seen maximum 1 other customer). Staff is either on their phone or standing around doing nothing.

We like to come here for dinner and the bubble tea. this one is not my best Ten Ren but we do enjoy the food, drink, the space.we order take out for popcorn chicken, it is quite good. Staff is friendly

Customer service at this location was pretty good as they responded to our needs quite promptly, however there was a stain on the table and even after asking for a towel to clean the table we were unfortunately neglected.I ordered the 'Tea flavoured sausage & minced pork w/egg' since the picture made it look like there was a lot of sausage for $10.99. When it arrived, the amount of sausage was less than expected and before making a complaint, I then realized that the menu states Images are for reference only."The takoyaki I ordered was $6.99 for 6 and at first bite I thought there was no tako inside but after chewing several times I finally found a take inside but it was just really small.The food was pretty good but in conclusion I will probably not be coming back to this location again."

Few times here for takeout, experience wasn’t great because called 15 mins prior and still waited 20 minutes in store. Yes there was empty apologies from the clerk however it wasn’t enough to write a Google review.This time:Girlfriend works arounds the area and decided to come for lunch. Arrived at 12:19pm on Monday June 5th. Ordered Special of Taiwanese sausage rice and a Dan Dan noodle. Drinks arrived at 12:40pm. Asked for update status of food at 12:40pm and 12:50pm. Meanwhile, the same individual has walked into TenRen and picked up 2 orders and left already. Mind you, we were the ONLY table inside. We ultimately decided to leave as my partner had to rush back to work.What I hate most is probably the same as everyone, wasting time. I don’t care whether the kitchen is busy (to even handle and prioritize only one dine in table) or whatever it may be. There should be some decency for a proper ETA assuming you’re an opened walk in establishment accepting customers. For anyone having any experience in restaurants, how long does it take to put together our orders, as confirmed most of the items are reheated anyways.We end up leaving the establishment with nothing and walked across to grab a ready to go beef patty.Anyhow, If you are in the need of a diet without the guilt, this will probably be the best place to go to as the wait time will probably be enough for you to second think whether you were ever hungry to begin with.Edit: I would give a proper review for the food but it never arrived so..

Ordered through ubereats so didn’t go the the location this time. Have been here in the past and always seemed great on service! love the look of the place and ten ren is a staple name for bubble tea being in Canada for so long! This time we also had the noodles for dinner and all the noodle soups are infused with tea, which is living up to their tea background! You can really taste the tea in the broth which is really nice! The beef was very soft and tender and the chicken and cutlet was nice and crispy even after a car ride over! My winter order from them has to be the ginger milk tea, which has the nice kick of ginger heat! Due to warmer weather, we opted for some refreshing drinks and refreshing it was! The milk tea is like water.Comparing to the other Ten Ren, the quantity is much less. Very limited minced pork in the minced pork rice, when asked for a little bit more, they told me have to pay extra money.Would rather go to the bayview&major mac location.

Took one star off for service...the female waitress did not even smile once, seemed very cold".Weekend menu is different from than of weekdays. No noodles to choose for set meals
