Enchant Municipal Park

Judgmental rude workers. Never had a issue in my 4 years coming here until this year. Beautiful campground otherwise nice golf course good food and ice cream

We brought two of our grandchildren here and had a great time we had a site directly across from the beach

Welcoming owners! Was really nice to enjoy a dog friendly campground. A small trail off from the campground was a great spot for our dog to run around. Bathrooms very clean.

WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! Would leave zero stars if that was an option. We have been choosing Enchant Campground for years to do our annual friends camping trip, as we have all loved this place and what it offers. However, this year there was new management, if you can call it that. She came storming into our campsite on two occasions with zero manners or respect for anyone, other than to be rude and tell us we would need to turn our music down, after she proceeded to tell us the volume was fine, and this was during daytime hours. She told us the neighbors were complaining which was ironic as all the neighbors were in our site with us. We were much quieter than all the kids playing and the lawn mowers cutting the grass. She tried taking our dog even though she was on a leash and in one of our sites which was campground policy that we were following, and said she had a right to take it to the pound. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting now, mold in the showers and hair all over walls and toilets not flushed. They no longer get taken care of as previous management did. We had 4 sites in a row and once quiet time rolled around at 11pm we turned the music right down to barely background noise and 4 of us went to bed, however the next morning all 4 of us were handed eviction letters with no explanation as to what was done wrong and was not spoken too the previous day about anything, she just assumed we were doing something wrong. We had paid in full for a full week to be there and she would not refund us for the remaining 4 days we had left, again with no explanation so we are several hundreds of dollars out. We paid for services and did not get them so this is theft. If you choose to stay here I recommend you pay day by day as they are dishonest. We are very disappointed and will no longer be returning after years of visiting this location. What a sad way for things to go at such an amazing spot.

So we've been going to this campground for a while. We live in Lethbridge so it's not too far way. We sure love this place. It has a lot of convenience (wifi, real bathrooms/showers, a store, etc). So it's definitely glamping" but that's totally fine with me. There's 4 playgrounds for the kids which is really awesome. There's also a nice little bit of water with a beach. It's just amazing place to relax. Can take the kids for ice cream cones at night. You can even go okay a round of golf. We will continue to come here regularly and I would highly recommend this campground to anyone!"

We went to go swim and take the kids fishing and it’s always been a favourite. We ended up not doing either as the lake is full of weeds and the water is brown. Super disappointed.

This place is a perfect getaway!! Bathrooms are always clean. Fishing to have relaxing time. Swimming or golfing. Going back Canada day long weekend and can’t wait. The people who run the park are great hosts and really know customer care. Thanks Michelle and Dave keep up good work. You have made this park welcoming!!

Loved camping here back in the day, haven't been there in a long time though, beautiful campground though.

Used to go to this campsite all the time growing up with my family and I loved it. Decided to go back with a group of friends for May Long but that will be the last time.Our campsite so happened to be near the “managers” campsite. On arriving Friday, we were notified at 4:00pm that are music was too loud so we turned it right down. Then later at night we were sitting around the campfire just talking with faint music in background when we were approached by two security guards informing us that we were being evicted for being too loud. Even the security guards admitted that the volume we were at wasn’t loud and he would go speak with the managers. The next morning we had to pack up and leave with no refund or the cops would be called. The managers used their power and bullied us away when we were just enjoying our weekend like the rest of the campers out there. There’s a reason this campground was so dead on May Long Weekend and thats because the new management in here are pathetic. Save your time and money and stay away from this campsite and the Karen in the Kubota.

Beautiful, quiet and immaculate park and campground. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful and take incredible pride in the facilities and grounds. Looking forward to taking our golf clubs, fishing rods and canoe for the next stay!
