I have positive experience with the services of B. Gillan Drafting Services. Barry completed drawings for our covered porch project. Barry is highly professional, responsive, prompt and friendly. I am still in the process of getting a building permit, but was told by Barry that he will help if any questions arise. I would highly recommend him.

My experience working with Barry is very positive. He did drafting on our porch renovation project. He is professional. easy to work with, responsive. To get a building permit was a lengthy process. few times needed to do adjustments as per City requirements, and Barry did this through the whole process until we got a BP. After getting BP he had no problem to communicate with our contractor about some technical questions even though his job was finished. Thank you Barry!

Dealing with Barry has been great, he is professional, diligent and reliable. We needed to resubmit our site plans post municipal inspections; our landscape architect connected us with Barry, and it was smooth sailing from there. After his onsite visit, he gathered all the details required for first draft, he guided us through the nomenclature and the appropriate level of detail. To Barry’s credit he followed up after our submission to ensure all went well; he truly went above and beyond, and delivered on what he promised. Job well done Barry, Keep it up !!!
