Was excited to have my free drink for my birthday. Took 5 minutes to decide what I wanted only to find out they won’t accept it because they’re not “corporate“ if you’re going to proudly advertise your name as Starbucks you should be able to live up to the full experience of what is offered. Clearly the bottom dollar is all they’re worried about here. Not your experience.

2022 March 4★Located within the 100 Kelloggs Lane complex, this Starbuck's is located on the second floor. Being a new complex, volume of traffic was light as there were only a few stores operating.The store was clean and organized.Coffee the usual faire from Starbucks and is good.No complaints about the staff.

I came twice in one day and both times were bad service.The older lady was very rude (April 2)

Spent a few weeks trying to find a nice starbucks cup and found this gem at this location! I was surprised to see how cute and cozy this location is! Will be back in september to grab a coffee and get some work done! Definitely recommend!

I bought a venti ice chai latte. There were barely 8 to 10 small sips of tea. Whole cup was filled with ice. I went back to complain they told me that's how they make ice chai tea latte. They didn't offer a replacement or anything. I have never gotten this much ice in a drink ever from another Starbucks. I basically paid over $6 for a cup of ice. I have attached pictures as well (i took these pics after a lot of ice had already melted)

Went here after the Van Gogh Exhibition and was such a good experience! Mary was so kind, will come again! :)
