A+ Medical Centre & Walk In Clinic

We were thinking about switching to them as family doctor but the arrogance of Dr Aliya make me change our decision. She is extremely rude to my mother when i visited her. She have zero concern about patients health all she do is making money. Her husband Dr Adil is good BTW so we switched to him but we wasted two visits on Dr Aliya and want to share this with all.

Receptionist was very nice and had me in the office within 10 mins. Dr on the other hand talked over me and didn't listen or care to listen. So obvious. So frustrating. I had to ask her to provide me with a qtip or something so she could check my throat properly. She told me to remain in my chair I didn't need to sit on the bed. She couldn't diagnose anything despite things I told her I experienced. I kept asking what's causing my symptoms but she just kept rambling not giving me any answers. I had to ask her twice to look in my mouth again. Learned more on Google. I will never return here and will never recommend this clinic.Try hiring compassionate Dr's who care about patients concerns/worries and actually know how to diagnose issues.

Very happy to see how professional and well organized this place was. The welcoming was excellent by the lady that took my blood pressure and the doctor, she was very patient and nice and even the way she talked to me was very gentle and caring. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Dr. and staff!

Was looking for a caring family doctor that would really spend time and listen to concerns. Found Dr. Alia which seems really care, she even referred me to specialist right away and got precise diagnosis. The ladies at the front, Lyle, is very welcoming too!

her for 3 years she told me she was not my Doctor only a walk in guess at 80 and in decent health she rushed me out. She is very nasty.Will not returnWill.back

Level of service is very bad. My wife kept telling the receptionist that she wants the doctor to see her ear and the receptionist kept saying first we will do an online appointment and then next day doctor will see you. Easy money for them i guess. Be careful before making a switch to this clinic.

I called to see if they were accepting walk-ins, as the last time I walked in they were only doing phone apps.I called at 3:15 pm, and the lady asked if I could come in for 3:30 pm, which almost never happens anywhere. I was able to do that, I walked in. They put in the room, and the doctor came in , less than 5 minutes later, I was in and out in under 20 minutes easily. It was so nice to have been able to make it a short trip. Everyone was very professional.

3rd class doctor and pathetic service. Both the make and female doctors are useless. Rude and arrogant. Don’t have time to review patients files. Their license should be cancelled. They are only making money.
