We have had Randy and his team work on a few projects for our home and we have been incredibly impressed each time. The first was to fix our old furnace during a cold snap this winter and Randy provided same-day service despite his busy schedule, the second was to check another contractors work with again, same-day service, and the third was to install a new air conditioner. Each time, Randy and his team provided efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy service - priced well below other quotes from larger companies in town. We have also referred Randy to several family and friends and they have all had great experiences. Thank you Randy for your help. We will be calling you again!

I dealt with Randy at Fractical Fabrications when my central air died during the 35° - 40° heat wave that never ended (summer 2021). He was amazing, taught me proper maintenance (first time with central air), cleaned my horribly neglected unit, and tested every last thing to make sure that he only repaired what was needed rather then having me replace the whole unit - which is what I had fully expect was needed. But it wasn't! He replaced a single part and saved thousands of dollars.He also worked around my schedule, and dealt with my crazy fear aggressive dog.I highly recommend them for all your needs. I would give him 100 stars if it let me.

Fractal has taken on several metal working projects for my company, Ardent Contracting. Randy with Fractal has been excellent and accommodating to work with; he has provided me with drafting, rough sketches and design work for the custom stainless steel custom fabrication I needed. He also takes the time to understand the end usage of his work, and suggests more effective solutions when possible.I've been impressed with Fractal and I plan on using them again for my future projects.

My furnace broke down just days before our last cold snap. I had originally called another bigger company first. But after getting shuffled around, and then waiting over four days for someone to call me back I gave up and tried again. This is when a friend referred Randy at Fractal. And I’m thankful he did. I called Randy during the 30° weather we had last week because my central air wasn’t working. A few weeks ago he installed central air at my moms house and she went on and on about what a great job he did and his price was lower than the other 2 places she called and what an awesome guy he was. Well she was right! He was busy but stopped at my house on his way home and figured out what was wrong with my AC and got it up and running easily in about 30 min. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and gave me info on how to avoid the problem in the future. We were referred to Fractal via a friend, and we were extremely grateful for the recommendation. Our furnace humidifier was not working correctly (and likely was never functional due to a previous improper installation from a major Red Deer HVAC company). Randy came to our home within 24hrs, diagnosed the faulty wiring and a faulty humidifier switch and got the correct parts installed by the next day by Ray (one of their technicians). Additionally he identified and corrected some loose hose clamps and other cooling deficiencies within our furnace that would have destroyed our newish furnace if not corrected. Our only regret is that we didn't call Fractal FIRST before replacing our previous furnace system.We are extremely satisfied with Randy from Fractal Fabrication and we highly recommend them for all your residential heating or cooling needs!
