Shady company that increases your interest rate without communication. They will change your loan contract without permission, notice or your signature.They reply telling me to reach out to them. Already tried that twice. Asked to speak to managers. They put you on hold pretending to try and get a manager. Then they come back and say no one is available and they tell you that someone will call you. I’ve placed claims to the better business bureau and and the FCAA.

Absolute joke of a company to finance from. I was told when signing that upon renewal I can apply to get my co-signer off, renewal time comes and now it's impossible to remove a co-signer and that somebody made a mistake telling me that... not to mention jacking the interest rate up to 12%. Pathetic company. 1 star is 10 stars to many.

To whom this may concern,I spoke to Taylor. H over the phone. She was very calm and pleasant to work with. She took care of all of my concerns and overall made it simple to complete my application. I would highly recommend for her to move up the ranks as she speaks with confidence and knows how to problem solve.Once again Taylor,Thank you!

Rip off. Scam. Unethical. Please read the other reviews. Any review over one star, is a fake review. Do not borrow from this entity. It's a scam. They will increase your interest rate to an obserd amount, that you can't afford. Please reconsider your purchase if you need to borrow from Financeit. Financeit is an acronym for financial ruin. Really do your research. You will find that this company is completely designed to prey on the consumer. Tell everyone. I will be getting this out on social media. Help spread the word. Financeit = SCAM.

Paid off loan in full for new windows and installation, no problems… then found out there is a lien on my house from them… 4-8 weeks to remove….had letter sent stating lien was removed… 2 weeks later.. that was was great!! Thank you!! … their phone reps are poorly trained obviously and rude… no help …

I’ve been working with FinanceIT since 2015. I’ve had good account managers, and I’ve had okay account managers. However, Tyler Coad has been the only account manager that has given such above and beyond service that I’ve been compelled to share my experience. Business happens at all times of the year. Weekends, holidays, Christmas, nothing is off limits. No matter what time of day, no matter what holiday, this man answers his phone with a smile to help. Whether it’s aiding through an approval process, walking me through how to explain paperwork to clients, or giving hands on training to my own sales reps to improve their closing average, He is the sole reason I’ve given all my business to FinanceIT, and is the reason my business has grown at its current rate for the last 2 years. Where this man goes, I will follow. I can’t recommend him enough.Thankyou for everything Tyler

My ex and I got divorced and the garage we bought is still in my name and i don't even own the house. So it's shows up on my credit so now I can't get a mortgage of my own because of it.Financeit refuses to do anything about it. They don't have anything to transfer the debt to her name. They gave no solutions to the problem whatsoever and now I'm stuck renting because of it.Financeit- so I have to call you to straighten it around? Even though your company has already refused to help me.... right...

Rude customer service they talk to you like you are not a customer they treat you like garbage. Who in the right mind gonna tell your customer that “you sign a contract that you cant pay $34 on time” fyi in the last 2 years i have you in my account i just missed 3 or 4 time due to some reason and you dnt know my story for you to say that i cant pay my bill on time. That michael and alex on payment department was very rude and dont know how to handle customer properly i dont know how they got this job. They lookup their self to high as if they dont make a mistake too.

Even one star is too much for this company! Worst company that I have ever dealt with! Misleading information since the very first second you contact them. Their unprofessional and misleading information effected my credit score. Will never do business with them. If you have any value for your time and credit score stay away from this business.
