I had an appointment with Dr. Pedram Ansari. He is an unprofessional doctor that will try to intimidate you, belittle you, downplay your symptoms, and repeatedly ask you What do YOU think is going on?" If you are in search of a cardiologist

Not so great with the petite dark haired Spanish (I think) technician. Unhappiness showed in her and didn’t treat my 92 year old father-in-law with any respect…..just a cold attitude. All others from former meetings were great and so we the doctors.

I had a scheduled appointment at 8:45 AM. On the morning of the first snowfall in YYC. Left in plenty of time. Accidents everywhere. I called in at 8:45 to let them know I would be late. They said I had a 15 minute window. I walked in the office at 9 AM. Only to find out I had to walk down to the other hallway to the correct reception at which time they told me that I was too late and that they would have to reschedule. And even though I called she seemed surprised that I was late. In other words her partner at the desk didn’t even tell her I had called. I had to move mountains to make this appointment happen. Not possible for me to change my schedule in the next week or so. There is no such thing as service in the medical services industry. Whatsoever. I am convinced. I also called my doctor and asked for a referral to another clinic and suggested he ask for patient feedback and read Google review before referring.

Honestly I would put this at zero if possible. Had an in person appointment with pulmonary, then a scheduled breathing test (which at this time I had already passed twice). Passed the test and this is where it all went bad. Had a scheduled phone appointment with Dr. Miller, no call, waited for over an hr then called the clinic. I was told he was behind and we will have to reschedule next week! (Considering the reviews on how people who are late get treated, this was pretty rich) Dr. Miller did call the following week over an hr late and said I needed the excersize test as my tests looked OK. This was supposed to happen within two months. 3 months later myself and my wife have called multiple to ask about the appointment with no joy. With my symptoms getting worse I asked to see Dr. Miller again, I was then scheduled for another breathing test (this is now my 5th total with 1 failure). Showed up, performed my test with a very nice and informative nurse. I looked at the results myself and low and behold they were good. However the nurse stated how poor my breathing sounded and well as my constant coughing. The following Monday myself and my wife waited @home for my appointment at 11am. 12:50 rolls around and still no call. I call the office and was told they don't know why Dr. Miller has not called, he is running late, finished his last appointment and is currently not here. She then asked if I was going anywhere or am I staying home today.... common! I booked an appointment @ 11, not anytime on Monday. Then she told me he may call as she was not sure if he was coming back.This is totally out of order.I did finally hear from Dr. Miller @ 1:20pm. He told me there is no evidence to say anything is wrong with me and he can't test for much else so there is nothing he can do.I have friends, family and coworkerswho hear me wheezing all the time, been to the ER and am now missing work and on modified duties because of this issue. Insane how little they care about patients if a puffer can't fix" you."

I was recently refered to Vita Diagnostics for an Echocardiogram. I was received politely and immediately. The Echocardiogram Clinician did an incredible job completing the test efficiently, having my specific medical needs in mind during the test. Thank you.

My care under Dr. Lim has been life-changing and I cannot say enough about this thoughtful and balanced approach. He is always very attentive and ensures he answers all of my questions to the best of his ability. His humility is something that also sets him apart as he's clearly expert in his field. I feel very blessed to have been referred to him and am grateful for all he has already done for me (and by extension, my family).

It was okay, but it would be better if the person that does ECG and EKG is also a woman and not a man. Especially if you are a girl. It feels a little uncomfortable. For the Exercise Stress Test the lady was very nice.

Waited for more than 2 hours after arrive early to avoid the $50 late or no show charge. They checked in after I had followed up with reception with a “don’t worry, you’re next…I think”. It seems as if the cardiologist tried to fit in lunch before seeing us (we met with the doctor after 12:15pm for a 10:30am appointment). Appointment was rushed, and walked away without a diagnosis, prognosis or further testing (they know something is wrong but they don’t know what and they’re not going to investigate). “I was seeing a lot of very sick people this morning.” This is not a walk in or emergency clinic people have appointments. “It’s not normal but it’s not worrisome…” “if I were you I would just ignore it.” If it’s not normal I feel it is worrisome! It’s a very clean and well funded clinic, but they obviously overbooked or double booked to afford this. Stick with your GP or ask for referrals elsewhere. I feel this appointment was a waste of my time he could have forwarded this information to my GP in an email or even a 140 character tweet (guess he wouldn’t have been able to bill out if he did that though)

Had two tests, an echocardiogram and a treadmill stress test. Other than having to wait past my scheduled time (but isn't that normal for every health clinic in Alberta???) I have nothing but praise for the staff. A special bouquet to Lisa who put me through the torture on the treadmill, she's a special lady.... friendly, competent, thorough.

I visited this place for the first time because I needed a little test, and the staff here were kind and I felt quiet and comfortable here.
