I came into MAC today for the first time to browse for new makeup products. A girl named Hafsa helped me out and she was wonderful!! She recommended a lipstick (Velvet Teddy) and face powder (Studio Fix NC33), which I was initially reluctant about because I haven't had the best experiences with accurate shade matches, but Hafsa was amazing. Her recommendations were spot-on and she truly made me feel comfortable, especially as a first-timer in the store :)

Got my makeup done here for a photoshoot by Alex and she’s truly amazing! I was so pleased with the application and I appreciated that she took the time explain the products used. Also shoutout to her team working that Sunday as well.

First time ever shopping in store, and a lovely employee by the name of Shiquanna helped me. She was very helpful and welcoming, I have social anxiety but she was so amazing I felt so welcomed into the store! She helped me choose a foundation (which is great!) and also signed me up for the loyalty program! Ty for a good shopping experience MAC!

Growing up, MAC Cosmetics was at the tippy-top of the thing to buy. But over the years I have found that they have been surpassed in quality by many other cosmetic brand names. That's not to say that MAC is no good. I just don't think that you're getting what you pay for. Staff at the stores seem over made-up and it's difficult to take advice from someone who has made makeup choices that you in a million years would never make. I have made purchases that I've loved and I've made purchases that I truly regretted. Three stars.
