I have been using Corporate Specialty Services (CSS) for well over 15 years now, across a few employers and building standards, ranging from AAA class downtown core towers, to class B interior retail malls in the suburbs. I use CSS because I can count on them to do the job, and if they can't be honest enough to tell me so and recommend alternatives.My confidence in them was cemented once they solved a supposedly incurable problem for one of my tenants, in a AAA class tower, that even the manufacturer of the product could not remedy. The tenant was over the moon in delight, and of course so was I.The owner, Steve Martin, has a knowledge base of his industry and its related products that is, in my opinion, second to none.
