Clera Windows + Doors - Niagara Division

Renovated my home and after what I considered to be good research, settled on clera windows and doors. It's been a few months and I hoped I'd be happy overall but unfortunately that's not the case.Windows were installed January 2023 and of course I was happy and quality of the windows were amazing. June 2023 egress flooded my basement. Warranty process was dreadful!!!! Finally through communication, it was redone but I wasn't provided anything after that. president and vp of the company didn't even call back to Apologize, offer comp or anything. Lucky insurance handled it.Now Oct 2023 having a contractor FINALLY out to fix my flooded room, it was pointed out that my wall was cut and left so it has to be ripped out and redone, windows in kitchen and bathroom are put in crooked.Quality of windows are great! But install is dreadful!!!

We just recently had all of the windows in our home replaced and a new patio door installed. After researching and getting several quotes we decided to go with Clera. Our representative, James, was fantastic to deal with - professional, knowledgeable and courteous.James kept us updated on the status of our order, delivery and installation. The installers, Dave and Brian, did a great job,. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up after their work.We had one issue that came up during the project, but it was addressed promptly and to our satisfaction.We’re very happy with the quality and functionality of our new windows and patio door. These upgrades have made a big difference in the look of our home.
