Sounds Unlimited Calgary

We booked Sounds Unlimited for our wedding ceremony and reception in June 2022. Despite working at the venue before, the DJ did not bring a power source for the ceremony location and was unable to run our ceremony music. We ended up having to using a bluetooth speaker and iPhone. This also caused a delay to the wedding start time by over 20 minutes. During the reception, the music was great, the DJ was friendly and took requests.

We hired Sounds Unlimited for our wedding and they were great! Most of our communication was with Jay, who was quick and professional with his responses. Craig was our DJ and he had the right energy we were looking for! So many guests commented on how great he was and their enjoyment during the dance! Craig was also very accomodating to song requests and timed the music during our ceremony and reception perfectly. We would highly recommend Sounds Unlimited for any event!

We got in touch with Jay from Sounds Unlimited who set us up with a wonderful dj on Sept 3rd. They listened to our requests and there wasn't a lul on the dancefloor at all at the wedding! So much fun, thanks!!

We had a great experience with Sounds Unlimited. Jay promptly answered any questions we had before our wedding day. Josh was our DJ and he kept the party going all night. He played all the songs that we requested and ensured our guests had an awesome night. We had many guests tell us they really enjoyed Josh's music choices. I highly recommend Sounds Unlimited.

We had Myke with Sounds Unlimited DJ at our wedding this past weekend. Would give a 10 star review if we could!! The whole experience with Sounds Unlimited was professional, responsive, friendly and fun. We had several special requests planned for our reception, and Myke accommodated them all. It was the perfect mix of the music we asked for (everything from country to hip-hop and R&B and classic" wedding songs)

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our experience with Sounds Unlimited. Terrific at what they do and great customer service. Due to COVID, we had to completely change our wedding plans and Jay was absolutely amazing and accommodating. He did the music for our ceremony - everything was perfectly timed and exactly how I envisioned it. He provided the sound for the rest of the night for our small wedding of 25 and everything was perfect. Thanks Jay and team!!!

We hired Sounds Unlimited for both our ceremony and reception. We were very happy that we went with them! We had a blast on the dance floor and we heard nothing but good things from our guests afterward. Building our playlist was simple too, as we were able to just send a Spotify playlist to the team and they were able to get the music figured out for us. All the music we chose for the ceremony was played (even the obscure piano ones) and it was all timed out well for the ceremony. Thank you Jay and the Sounds Unlimited team!

If you need a wedding DJ - Jay is your man. Not only are his prices incredibly reasonable, multiple people during our wedding commented that he was the best DJ they've ever heard. A quote from the bartender: I've been in this business for 25 years and have done hundreds of weddings and I have never heard a DJ this good". I gave him a few songs that people would like beforehand as there was a very eclectic group of music listeners at our wedding. From this he created a playlist that encapsulated the music tastes of all 50 guests in the room. He responded quickly to emails and maintained a very professional presence through our ceremony and reception
