Excellent place to purchase or rent equipment or have your own equipment serviced. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. They also sell professional outdoor clothing and footwear as well as casual clothing.

Hard to argue with the service considering they are the only place to rent equipment in the valley. The equipment works well and staff are quite helpful though.

Your guy at the desk said he didn't wanna sell me a 32 bar for my 365xp. Says you'll blow it up. Well I bought it, and here I am four years later and I still haven't rebuilt it. I may have done this before. Overpriced retail but hey what do you expect.

This is a great spot for industry quality gear. I went in here years ago with a buddy who works in forestry. L B is the first stop for me if I need gear in Port Alberni.Staff are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond.
