got a lip piercing from here by brock and he was extremely rude and cold the entire time made me feel very uncomfortable, i expressed how stressed i was if it was going to be crooked and he was offended i said he might do it wrong. then what do you know he then did my piercing crooked and when I brought it up said it’s just because of the curve barbell, you’re tryna to tell me this is only because of a curve? definitely not the entire thing is totally crooked and it was very expensive so i’m very disappointed

Brooklyn was amazing! Super chill and great with my whiney self! She made me feel comfortable and it turned out beautiful. I wanted to make a previous tattoo flow better and she did amazing! I have had three tattoos at this location now and every one is awesome.

Everything from initial contact online to sitting down for the tattoo was great- quick and easy!Brooklyn was FANTASTIC, down to earth, understood what I wanted and made the appropriate suggestions on size for location. She carries a conversation really easily and makes you feel comfortable and in the end I walked out with the tattoo I invisioned. Will 100% be going back for future ink with her! Shop is great, clean and up to my standards.My only downfall is parking at this location but that has absolutely nothing to do with the shop itself .

Made appointments for myself and my partner. His was canceled as we stood waiting at the door! Rebooked the appointments, and his was canceled again! And, my artist wanted to change my time too. Seems everyone had more important things to do than take care of their customers. Only good news is that I was able to get my deposit back with no hassle.

Had Brock pierce both of my ears. He was professional and exceptional. Had to return after 6 weeks to have help putting the earrings back in after taking them out for one night and Taura was fantastic helping me with this.Thank you everyone!

I want to start by saying Steel N Ink has very talented and dedicated artists who run a professional business and are kind when answering questions. Sadly, I can not give it a full five stars due to their pricing. It just seemed a bit high for me, but I don't wanna say they don't deserve it their work is amazing I'm just poor lmfao.

Absolutely amazing experience and an amazing staff. The store is extremely clean and quite beautiful in my opinion. The receptionist with the beautiful orange hair was extremely kind and lovely. I got a paired nostril piercings and was pierced by Brock. Hands down the BEST piercer I have ever experienced. He took his time to mark me up, made sure the dots were even (must I add the first piercer to dot me up and remove it and dot me up again. It truly shows that he wanted the piercing to look amazing and even. He CARES!!!). The pain was EXTREMELY minimal to the point if I could…I would of gotten another piercing. THATS HOW AMAZING BROCK IS!!! If you need/want/looking for a piercer of amazing quality…go here and get pierced by Brock!

Got my second ear lobe piercing done here with Taura. She was great - polite and gave me all the information for aftercare. I didn't feel rushed, when asking questions. The studio was clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the lack of pricing for the jewelry I was required to purchase online when I booked and was doing my research I was within my budget but was a bit shocked.

Went in for ear piercing today, had never been to steel and ink before but I heard great things and read great reviews online. Stopped by the shop a couple days ago and spoke to Danielle who was super friendly and helpful and let me know about the deal they have on Wednesdays. Went in today and saw Brock who was super nice and just so happen to have time to fit me in in between a few appointments he had. Wasn’t rushed at all took his time. The piercing itself was almost painless probably the least painful piercing I’ve gotten and I believe that’s all due to his years of skill Thanks Brock! I am incredibly happy with my new piercing and would highly recommend them. Thanks Danielle and staff as well your all wonderful! I’ll be back for sure!
