I received excellent service from Liam, John, and the installation team. the service was prompt and the price was reasonable and they were always responsive to my inquiries. Very pleased with the quality of the product and the work performed, I would definitely recommend them.

We had excellent experience working with HoC team. From initial consultation with Ray to pricing and options with Liam to installation with Declan, everyone was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their domain. They went above and beyond to source the special fabric we chose and shipped it to their awning manufacturer to reduce the lead time. Quality of the product (STOBAG) and installation are excellent with utmost attention to details and cleanliness. Certainly will go back for our future awning and shades projects!

We purchased a roof mounted awning for our cottage deck and a 12ft X 14ft Bavona gazebo for our elevated river side deck. Our experiences with House of Canvas, from the first encounter at the Ottawa Home show last spring, to the showroom visit, to the onsite meeting to discuss our needs and finally the installations have been exceptional. Declan and Mohamed installed two awnings above our deck. Both were very professional and respectful throughout the day. They worked extremely hard to get the installation of two awnings completed in one day. All the while they happily interacted with me and answered all of my questions. They cleaned up fully after the job.We are extremely happy with the installation and have received many compliments from our neighbours and people who have seen it from the path behind our house. We are enjoying the awnings as it has provided much needed shade. Though I thought the shade from the sun would be the only benefit of awnings, interestingly it has made our deck even more liveable and cozy - something I had not expected from awnings.

I have just had instaled my second canvas of an awning that was originally supplied from HOC prior to 2000. The proces was great that I could borrow the sample book and return when I was finished. The installation was even better becaus the installers were very nice and fast.I did have one issue with my old motor unit needing reconfiguring and I got the support both on the phone and onsite very quick, very appreciated. Fabric looks great, I will see you in another 20 years for the next one....P.S. I have added spelling mistakes so you know it isn't written by an AI bot :).....

Well ..where do i start. After having our awning ripped from the house from May 21st wind storm we assumed for sure we would as the rest of the world does wait a year or so to get a replacement unit. But not with House of Canvas ..no no. Ray was here on site to measure and plan for the replacement unit with a day of us calling the shop, and provided us with great suggestions that showed his high level of expertise. Then to our surprise we received a call from Declan to install months ahead of our predictions. H of C scheduled an installation date and time and were dead on schedule. Kudos to the installation team of Declan and Liam who did an awesome and flawless job. Frankly i was overly impressed with their professionalism and cleanliness. By the time they left, the area of their work was left in pristine condition and were a pleasure to deal with them both.
