I have been ordering flowers here for over a year now and the arrangements are always breathtakingly beautiful. The owner is always friendly, happy and joking and she always understands exactly what I want. Her work is exceptional. This is my go to flower shop for all my needs. Absolutely stunning experience with this florist yesterday. I ordered slightly late for an arrangement to be delivered to my grandfathers funeral. My order was taken promptly over the phone, I was told about a few minor changes that were needed due to supply, and the arrangement was delivered before the service. It’s absolutely beautiful and the owner was a delight to speak to on the phone and my arrangement looked as expected from the website. After many awful experiences at forest of flowers I am glad I chose this small business to help me. I will use them again and again in the future!Thank you again.

Mila did an incredible job with my order. I appreciate her work so much - she went above and beyond to make an emergency order possible for a colleague who was home recovering from an injury. Not only did she put together a custom order, but she exceeded our expectations in terms of quantity and quality. Our colleague was so happy with the gift and this couldn't have been possible without Mila's work. She spent extra time on the phone, was clear about the delivery and remembered details about how I wanted the order. A+ work!

My niece from Turkey ordered a flower arrangement through this company.The roses in the arrangement were in full bloom and about to die in a day or so.When my sister called Ludmila Onufer to discuss about them,she was not very polite or courteous,that to me is poor customer service.I have asked my niece in Turkey not to use this company in future,there are a lot of Florists in London Ontario.We were not asking for a handout or a refund of any sort,Just a courteous response by Ludmila should have been enough to keep a customer satisfied which wasn't, they surely have lost our business.

receptionist behavior was not only unprofessional but also outright rude. Their dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to assist me with my inquiries left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a potential customer. It ruined my mood when I was about to buy flowers.

Mila was wonderful, Richmond Florist was recommended to me from a family friend!!My sister passed away in January & her celebration of life was in June.I ordered 5 arrangements from Mila, the owner. Wife, Sister, Mom , Aunt & Gram. The arrangements we all different & that is what we discussedThe 5 arrangement had me in tears & that was Gram that is what my sister called herself. I said to Mila make the arrangement look like a 4 year old picked it for her Gram.The arrangement had beautiful daisies and mini pink roses, i cried when i saw it because daisies are my favorite flower.Then i went back to Mila & ordered a corsage for my daughters grade 8 graduation, i showed Mila the color of the dress & Mila matched the color perfectly !!Thank you again MilaM.j Dunham

This will forever be my go to florist! Everyone was so helpful in making my wedding day so beautiful. She special ordered beautiful peonies and made a beautiful bouquet and boutonnière (and even helped us put it on!) Love love love Richmond Florist!

My mom recently ordered a large floral arrangement from Richmond Florist for a funeral and it was lovely! She was very pleased with the variety of flowers and colours as well as how nicely it was put together. We ended up bringing it back to our home after the funeral and it kept quite fresh looking for about 10 days. This florist is conveniently located for us and we've bought flowers from her in the past and have mainly been very satisfied. We'll definitely order from her again!
