They've fixed the rusty fence which has greatly improved the environment. Its a lovely place to visit loved ones lost and take a stroll

With 4 generations buried here I have been to this cemetery for many years… the history here is really quit amazing, and there are some very unique markers if you’re in to that type of thing. Kudos to the fantastic staff for the rejuvenation and maintenance of this grand historic site. A special thanks to the office staff in their help finding our families “lost” grave.

An old, well maintained city cemetery. I have an ancestor buried here. The staff helped me find the grave marker. Very friendly and helpful.

Well I must say that this place is pretty nice. Well maintained and clean. I can say that on several occasions I have spotted a sickly ghoul waltzing around the “park” as he calls it. He sometimes carry’s his old guitar as long as the weather isn’t too hot outside, wouldn’t want it to split the wood. He grimaces and complains about the pain in his old bones. Not sure if he works here or is just a ghoulish fiend using this pristine resting place for leisure. I can say that the ghoul must have had a twist of good fortune as he has been all smiles as of late. I can also say that the ghoul looks very familiar. I remember an Interpol poster I saw on my last trip to Southeast Asia for a wanted man. He looked eerily similar I must say to the ghoulish figure from elmwood cemetery. Anyway nice guy but I feel bad for it when he complains about how the people in his rooming house are melting wires and electronics for copper in the shared communal kitchen of his elmwood rooming house. Must be hard to sleep with all that scrap metal industry going on in his house.Since it’s elmwood I wonder if I’ll ever run into Doug mcthrill, I hear he just moved to elmwood, somewhere near Talbot and watt.Anyway nice place for a stroll and I have an uncle, or maybe it’s an aunt? Buried here nice place to pay respects.

Very old very large cemetary... several improvements over the last few years. Amazed they maintain the grounds as well as they do considering the size and layout
