I would give this clinic a negative 10000 if I could. I have never in my life been to a clinic where NO ONE works. Can’t reach a receptionist as they don’t provide a phone number, the emails go unaddressed. It’s malpractice. Dr Kraut and his team are unfit for the medical world and after 8 months of emails and my own teams at MEDCAN trying to reach people at this location is impossible. I have Graves’ disease and I can’t even follow up with my clinic over email for anything. I’m out and I hope NO ONE goes here. Fight for another referral to anyone but Dr Kraut and his team. I am reporting the clinic as malpractice. And I have all the information I need to do it.

Very good clinic with amazing doctors.

From reception, to pre-assessment and then seeing Dr. Kraut, everything was smooth sailing. Staff was friendly and my appointment happened timely.Dr. Kraut is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my medical history. He also referred me to a nearby hospital for my upcoming biopsy and the hospital called me within days! I highly recommend Dr. Kraut for endocrinology.

Can’t get through on the phone after being referred by my GP. I’ve tried multiple times on multiple days for a week. No ability to leave voicemail. I asked to be referred somewhere else! My doctor also didn’t hear back from them.
