We are so happy with our counter to. Grand and stones did a great job to satisfy their customers. They are very customer friendly. Carman (a customer service agent) was very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the prices were very fair compared to other companies. Overall, we are very happy with our kitchen project.

John and team did a fantastic job! The pricing is extremely reasonable compared to others. They have great in-house quartz options in addition to lots of name brand options. I opted for their in-house stone. Beautiful pattern, exactly what I was looking for. Turn around was extremely quick. The on-site team was professional (and also wore masks!).Most important was their customer service after installation. I noticed a few scratches after installation (could have happened during production or installation). John arranged for someone to come back to repair them. 2 scratches were repaired perfectly, no issues, can't even tell they were there. 1 scratch unfortunately became a little bit of an issue. John sent someone out again to try to fix it. Ultimately they offered to replace the piece (nc) and got it done super quickly.Things happen with home repairs that you can't foresee and how they're handled is important. This team did an excellent jobDaisy in the show room was also wonderful. Took time to explain all the options to me, quality differences and allowed me to go home with a few samples.This is my first time doing a reno and they were very patient with all of my questions.So far the stone has held up very well. No issues with cleaning, stains or scratching.Would highly recommend.

Terrible customer service

They have an awesome selection of Granite and Quartz. Stunning showroom and great kitchen designs to choose from. Very good prices with great customer service by Sunny and Carmen! Highly recommend this place for all your bathroom and kitchen needs!

I’m so happy with their work in my home. They were courteous and careful in my home. Their workmanship was top notch. And most importantly, it was affordable.
