Bought a 2021 East to West trailer the grey dump valve had to be replaced. To do it they just cut the belly panel and taped it back together rather than replacing panelThey broke the TV and put in a replacement will not play through the sound bar. Was told a tech would come and repair it wait home all day no tech guy.Call back and they send a tech guy that knew nothing been almost a month and still stuck with a TV that won't work properly.Avoid this place

Terrible place! Never buy from here! It is a scam. Bought a trailer that fell apart in less then 4 months.Converter box ,hot water, and our big slide out fell off. Bad customer service.
