Vous êtes pourris, vous laissez des paquets dans l'entrée du bloc appartement. Pourtant vous aviez le code d'entrée indiqué sur le colis. On a recu aucun courriel et personne n'a sonné chez nous. Vous ne méritez pas de faire la livraison pour Best buy. D'après votre code postal, le colis partait de votre entrepôt.

I am glad to be among the first ones writing a review for this company in Quebec city. So far the customer service is a joke. You call a number given by Virgin mobile and a guy from Montreal answer the call.He rapidly explains he is not the one to solve anything related to their delivery service, but he could send an email to the person responsible for it in Quebec city. He also gave me a phone number. I called them and it was impossible to talk to someone, or even let a message because their message box was full! I mean...Ah my product is still nowhere to be found (it is been almost 1month and no feed back whatsoever). I have a tracking number that does not work (we click on it and it is off line/not found). Bad service. Run away.

Compagnie de transport situé dans la cour de TFI. Fait du courrier mais aussi du LTL. Offre aussi les envois US avec Concord Transport.
