I had Irfan Ahmed assist me for purchase. He provided great product knowledge and was very patient in showing different options. Purchased a matress from the store. Store is clean and organized.

We have been looking for a table for 3 weeks and The Brick brought us back multiple times. Their sales associates were so lovely to us, most specifically Michelle and Jay. Thank you so much for your help and patience with our many many questions and multiple trips. We love our new table!

I placed a king bed from this store without seeing it in the store! After installation there’s this huge gap and the bed is way too high! I called the customer service endless times they never responded, the sales rep didn't help and no one replied my email! Utter rubbish service!

Visited the Brick Mississauga South and was very impressed with the service we received. Spoke with Sandra who took the time and listened to what we were looking for and didn't pressure us. We made a purchase which will be delivered in a few days. Thank you for your attention and the follow-up calls advising the delivery details. We will definitely shop at this location again.

Just bought a pullout love seat from The Brick and had a great experience.Irfan at the Mississauga location was informative and answered any questions we had about the pullout love seat.Looking forward to getting the pullout love seat for our family trailer - great extra sleeping spot that’ll be comfy and look nice.Thanks for the experience!

Purchased all my furniture December 26 2022 couches,bed,mattress,Tv Stand ,closet ,dinning table they need to deliver it 3 times total of waiting 3 months for them to deliver everything, the bed frame came with a missing pieces So ridiculous! Tried calling the store the whole day, no one picks up the phone. Also, I was able to reach asking for a refund. They said no return no exchange.I send email and call them so many times regarding undelivered bonus kit too but no respond I need to take day off last week from work for me to go to there store to complain about missing piece of the bed frame and yet they are not able to provide the missing parts how can i use the bed without the legs.they said they need another 1 month for them to order the parts. till now no updates its okey for them to let their costumer to wait but they wont accept returns item.its so horrible experience.costumer service is so poor. I wont recommend the bricks. better go amazon, Ikea etc.if you need furniture better not there!!

Archit was very informative and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond helping us purchase a patio set, TV, A/C and Couch with recliner. He didn't pressure us at all. He even took time on his day off to help us.We are very happy with all our purchases and we will definitely be back when we require anything else. Thank you for everything, Archit!

Amazing service! Archit Kapoor was amazing, exceptional service, highly recommend asking for him when coming to this store. Very knowledgeable, kind and patient! Refreshing to have this kind of service in the service industry! Was not overbearing wasn’t trying to sell me everything was just exceptional!

Went to The Brick today to buy my daughter a bed. The customer service representative, Sandra was great to work with. She showed us what was available and left us to look everything over. ABSOLUTELY no pressure to buy. When we decided which headboard and frame we wanted she had my daughter try different mattresses. She was a dream to work with and our next time to buy at The Brick we will definitely be asking for Sandra.Ironically the bed we bought was called Dani and my daughter's name is Danielle.Fate!
