Their iRIDE plus service is not safe for anyone. Their poorly trained drivers endanger both people inside and around their vehicles. Poor communication between staff. I don't recommend doing business with them.

Here you gets a few angels mixed with a few regular hard workers mixed with a few dishonest bullies.Some workers degrade the elderly and mentally abuse them while they are incapable of fighting or speaking back.A few workers do an amazing job and I worry they are the ones straining to carry the entire organization.Terrible service at the top level despite employing a few amazing people. Complaints are impossible to register as they never respond back to messages or emails.Would be great if there was any form of accountability for this service.

About a week ago I phoned them, and asked for a social worker. Today the woman from this office phoned me, and refuse to provide a social worker to me. She promised to phone somebody on my behalf, and she didn’t. She promised to send an e-mail to me and she didn’t. I have a serious medical issue, which is not treatable. The doctor suggested me to apply for disability . And I phoned for a help. Is it Circle of Care, or Circle of I DON’T Care? No chance to be connected to the right person. It’s easier to die, than get this kind of help!!!!!

Horrible place for getting help from a promised social worker. Very unprofessional agency. I was assigned to a social worker weeks ago and as of yet, not one appointment. The social worker that I was assigned to was not only negligent to make an appointment with me, but seems so stressed out that she doesn't know if she was coming and going. I tried calling her and leaving text messages but ignored every one of them.. Idele, if you think you are helping to make other people's lives better, unfortunately, weeks later you are still trying to make an appointment with me the client after weeks... This agency is very and extremely unprofessional from A to Z.

i have been getting meals from u for many yrs lately they have delivered the wrong meal, and Lori calls to bully me into thinking it s my fault and to keep peace i accept i called in telling her no more lasagna meals a couple weeks ago this week i was sent 6 -10 meals of lasagna i can t eat them have no more food left this week and it s not my fault i want credit for this food i saved it unopened to give back and replaced by protein meals only, please talk to her about this thanks,

Very poor customer service. I've had the worst coordinator and supervisor I ever met. They did not call to apologize after dropping my mother on the floor and failing to feed her. The worker stays for 40 minutes and reports an hour. The supervisor has an attitude and audacity to tell me that I must be nice to her when speaking to her after the fact.

Terrible place to work. Always short on PSW's, who are free to pick and choose assignments. NO repercussions follow to those PSW. Management doesn't care to improve the way they operate, the shortfall of PSW's, the horrendous service on the weekends. Everyone seems to care only about their cushy job and does nothing more. The turnaround in this job is huge. Nobody is able to deal with the stress of dealing with dissatisfied, yelling customers on daily basis for more than few months. Do not go there. Waist of your time!

I am sorry to say that communication with coordinators is very poor. If your call gets answered, you are put on a lenghty hold - and most often cut off. Voice messges also don't get answered.My recent problem, after being assured to be solved, created more problems.My regular PSW took 1week vacation and when she returned, was removed 3 sessions a week from me, after being regular for almost 2 years. I am grateful for the replacement PSW's, but when she returned, her 3 sessions with me were taken away. After finally getting hold of one of the coordinators, I was told that they can not take the PSW from that particular new customer. I asked then why could they take her from me

They sent a letter encouraging clients to express concerns about their staff's COVID-19 precautions (or lack thereof). When I called, I was told to put my service on hold" until the chronic condition that puts me at risk of COVID-19 complications is "over" (well

This Company Is Horrible. They never have PSW on weekends apparently. The coordinators do not know how to communicate with the Clients family.And they always like to postpone clients time for a visit and don’t do their job correctly.This place needs to be shut down or hire more people or Train their staff better this is ridiculous. I’m dealing with my grandfather was on pallet of care and they don’t give a care.
