Absolutely zero respect of people's time. This is a typical business that only respects its regular customers. They tell you to come at 6PM for a pick-up. They make you wait until 8PM for it while they calmly do their work and check their emails.No it's not how I feel". It's what I know and have seen.Absolutely disgraceful."
