Polo Club

We are living at the Polo Club and we are really delighted. From the day we arrived we were looked after by Shely Durham and she took care of everything, she helped us with everything we need, she is very professional. The house is spectacular, it is newly renovated and everything looks like new. The neighborhood is very quiet and we have everything close by, we feel at home.

Don’t even for a second consider living here. I lived here for 2 years a few years ago, and my place, and many others, was infested with crickets. Shelly was in denial that there was a problem at all and used blanket solutions that never really solved the problem. They’d have exterminators come in, do a quick spray of the baseboards, but what really needed to happen was to have the tenants vacate because accord to some maintenance providers the crawl space below was covered (and I mean COVERED) in crickets. Not only was the sound constant and annoying, but I would have to kill at least 5 daily and eventually started finding them in my bed. That’s when I couldn’t stand it anymore. Rancho was zero help as they said technically crickets aren’t disease ridden bugs so that wasn’t grounds for an early end to our lease. I ended up having to get a doctor’s note saying it was a hinderance to my sleep and mental health and that was the only way Rancho and Shelly would end my lease early. Any requests for things to be done was either minimized as if I was exaggerating or ignored for days. For having an ON SITE manager, which is part of the rent you pay, Shelly was sure hard to contact. You wonder why they always have a one month free deal on their leases… maybe because they’re desperate for tenants and then lock you in with empty promises that they’ll fix everything (I wouldn’t have signed a second year but I was told it would all be fixed). I have never experienced such gaslighting and such poor client service.

Wonderful property, well organised, with massive and save area for kids to play. Family oriented with a great addition of the swimming pool. I usually get my issues responded to in mins, and fixed the following day. As for scheduled services, they always exceed my expectations. Shelly the property manager is awesome, she is always there for us, friendly with everyone and in charge.

We had a great time lived at Polo club for 3 years. It’s close to banks, schools and supermarkets. The manager, Shelly, is so nice,friendly and professional. Anything need attention she will be there to help. Miss our sweet home at Polo club.

Highly recommended for family or individuals who have pets. Units are spacious and it's nearby a playing field and Kings park too. My dog had a wonderful time this summer. :)

You can swim in the small private swimming pool in the summer. Quite affordable rent. Nice and quiet apartments in the south of Winnipeg.
