I wanted an emergency appointment on my way to Quebec. They accommodated me and treated me well. Maria was very friendly and styled my hair awesome. I will definitely visit the place next time.

I hate going to the hairdressing place, my wife found this one, and I must confess that I'm very happy with the results. Kind attention, professional service, highly recommended!!!

Came here a year ago and had a great experience. Came back last month with high expectations to get a haircut, but guess it was busier that day because I waited 40 minutes after the scheduled time. Once the hairdresser got to me, he barely let me explain, cut my hair in literally 2 minutes (not exaggerating) and just left me to do another women’s hair, without even asking if I was satisfied with it.I was so confused so I waited for him on the chair until someone asked me to go and pay. Well, turns out he didn’t cut enough and my hair feels the same. And I payed expensive for it. I went there excited to feel pretty and felt unappreciated and not taken seriously.

Last time I was there I waited at least 25 min because the girl went to the grocery store!. I don’t mind waiting 5-10 min because sometimes people don’t have time to eat or take breaks but…. To the grocery store ? My mon went there to get her eyebrows done and her tattoo was done so out of line. She then called to the salon and they told her that was normal. It’s been a year and the tattoo it’s still three and my mon had to pay elsewhere to do the corrections bc this place dismissed her. I tried to get a hair appointment but the messages went all on read ….Customer Service is good tho but the after service ? Nope !

People are nice, the blow dry was good but they cut my hair in under 2 mins and cut my bangs way too short. I’d recommend for hair styling not for cutting your hair.

Great service and quality. Just what I was looking for after one year of pandemic. Bella is very friendly and the place has a great atmosphere.
