My old piano was in pretty rough shape. But he tuned it up really well. Was very responsive, quick to reply, and done in about an hour. Easy.

I purchased a Feurich 133 Concert from Plamen and I'm very happy with the value for money and the great level of service he provides. He came all the way from Calgary to Edmonton for my free tuning and the piano is sounding wonderful! He explained what he was doing and why when tuning and making some fine regulation adjustments on the piano, I couldn't ask for better service.

Home store dedicated to piano. Parking available on the street. I was there to try the Feurich piano. No grand piano and piano with silent system were on the floor at the time of the visit but they are also available. There was one used. I didn't see any digital instrument for which I was not interested. Some piano just arrived in my opinion since they were not prep yet.I was surprise by the quality of the action on the Feurich piano. They are also very affordable. I showed up unexpected on short notice without any appointement. Thanks for the owner and his flexibility. He wasn't there and there was someone else who allowed me to test the instrument.They offer piano lesson and technician services for which I can't testify since I didn't use it. I would recommend to have an appointement. I wished I could have talk about piano with the owner. Definetely somewhere to visit if you are on a budget (<10 000$).

Called on Tuesday to have a piano tuned. Plamen was out on Friday morning to do the job. He showed up exactly on time and was able to get a very out of tune piano sounding like new in almost no time at all. He also found a couple of sticky keys that he was able to repair for me. The piano sounds fantastic now and we couldn't be happier with it.

Great person to help me with my Grandmothers piano. Small minor repairs as needed plus the tuning which hadn't been done for a couple of years. Very patient and dedicated to get it all back to a great sound! Thanks.
