Costco Tire Center

It was great but they didn't have what I needed today but they tried to help find what I needed

If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would. My Mother booked an appointment for 6:45 p.m. today to have her tires fixed and rotated. When she arrived she was waiting in line to get into automotive. She had arrived before time, however, they refused to give her service and told her she had to wait till 8:30 p.m. to get it done. She left work all the way from downtown Toronto to have it fixed, and not only did they refuse to fix it, but proceeded to lie about when they told her to come in. This is the worst service I have ever seen. This is not the first time we've had issues with this location when it came to it services. I'm deeply disappointed.

Good price on my tires

I was largely helped by Thomas, who was outstanding. He was friendly and helpful beyond any reasonable expectation. Service was excellent - thanks Thomas!

Horrible service got yelled at and sweaed at by Chris & other technicians refused to take my car off the lift and give it back to me took my hub caps And key fob out about $1200 all for a wheel Balance.

Been here a number of times .While they do excellent work if you have an appointment But they NEVER pick up the phone makes you wonder why costco bothers to maintain that extension anywaysthe costco phone service sucks , i have seen that now being a member for many years

Appointments are a joke here! They tell you to wait for an hour to get the tires changed, but you had to actually wait for more than 2 hours to get it done!

Not recommended in the least. You can get as good of a price at any regular tire store.The service here is the pits, they are rude and unhelpful. They will not provide service to any tires that are not 100% a stock standard size for the car (Example: Snow tires are frequently +1 or -1 sized for fitment reasons on some cars, they will not help you if this is the case)If for some reason you still want to buy tires here, be prepared to buy the tires and take them with you (not mounted on the car, just the loose tires!)... Then you have to come back another day at 7AM to wait in line to see if they can install them. No guarantees, no appointments. I'll take my tire business somewhere else that cares, thanks.

Very pleasant and helpful staff addressing my need for new tires and rims

I waited a full month for my appointment and they couldn't wait for 10 minutes.They cancelled my appointment because I was late 10 minutes.I was dealing with a rude guy first then Tammy both insisted to re-book me after two weeks, the manager Rebecca came and she mentioned booking me for a couple of days.No one offered to squeeze me in it respect that I have waited for a month.They is no such a thing called equality in that place, now I understand how come we have two Costco in the same city.
