Good area, close by to grocery stores and a quick drive to anywhere in need. Staff is quick to answer concerns and respond appropriately.

Not a great place to live. Management don't respond to noise complaints, there is absolutely no parking for guests since tenants park at the front without any penalties. No superintendent since June/July.Washer/dryer are laughably awful, resulting in high hydro costs.For the money you pay - it's definitely not worth it.

+ good part of town- constantly broken elevators (one or both)- flooded first floor (has been going on for about 2.5 years)- 2 rent increases since covid started

Definitely not worth the cost of rent!- There hasn't been a superintendent in about a year or so which has caused things to go downhill. There should definitely be someone on site!- Security is non-existent.- I never heard back when I sent Panoramic a message after I slipped and fell hard on my back while walking down the icy incline to my designated parking spot.- Visitor's parking is always full, partially due to tenants parking there (which I sympathize with, because the setup is awful - particularly for older people and those with disabilities).
