Manager was completely rude when I tried to return a broken curtain rod that I bought 2 hours prior. She stated that “I had not purchased it there” “she’s been there for 30 years and has never seen those curtain rod ends” ….. poor poor poor service.

It’s not a welcoming store. The staff is cold. Even some of the customers smack their tongue when they see a coloured person in the store. There are other better places to shop for much less price, better quality and a warmer customer service.

Shop here a ton its my local store. They ripped out all the cashes for one open cash and about eight self check outs. What a joke refuse to use them

When I first encountered Giant Tiger I thought the store was a bit cheesy. Then a friend told me what good deals you can get on food there and now I am the hugest fan. This particular location is well supplied and stocked. Had a great variety of products in the store and was easy to find what you were looking for.
