Dug out my back yard and replace all new topsoil and sod. In and out in record time. Very professional and respectful to my property. Came back for a courtesy call to make sure all was good and we were satisfied.I highly recommend Dorian to do any work to anyone's property.Trevor

Yellow cedar landscaped my whole backyard new sod, garden bed, & built an extension to an already existing patio. Friendly and professional!

I had Yellow Cedar Landscaping renovate my entire back yard last fall. It was a huge job all the gardens were weeds my lawn was basically non existent and the grading needed to be completely re-done. Dorian and his crew came out and did the work in a couple days they worked very fast for the amount of work that needed to be completed and the quality of the work was great!!! They put new plants in my gardens, Graded the entire backyard and Re-sod everything. I would highly recommend Yellow Cedar Landscaping for any landscape project

So I hired Dorian from a Kijiji ad. I looked at his reviews and he was positive except for 1 review so I asked him for a quote to come remove my front yard grass and lay new sod. He was young but I wanted to give him a shot. While he was there I asked him if he did driveways because I was in need of a new asphalt driveway. He said he did. I received my quote and it was very reasonable so I said go ahead lets do it. He started out with the lawn. It took a few days but when he was done, I was very happy with it. He did a good job.Now the driveway is where it all went sideways. In between the lawn and the driveway, I gave my sister his number for a new garage floor and driveway (3x longer than mine). He was able to do the garage floor and it turned out good amd they were happy.So to the driveway. It was a few weeks before he came back which I knew about so that wasn't the issue. Prep work was completed but when it came time to do the actual asphalt, it was a disaster. He had guys waiting at my house for 2 hrs waiting for him to show up with the load. When he did, only 1 guy really knew how to do it and I don't know if he bought recycled asphalt or what but it was terrible and he knew it. His guys agrued and fought on my front yard. He pulled me aside and said he was sorry and that he would fix it. I said mistakes happen but lets get it fixed and it is all good. In the meantime he had taken a $2000 deposit for my sister's driveway. When they saw mine they asked for their money back. It took some time but he gave back $1000 and said he couldn't get the rest right now - which is now closing in on 10 months. So I need a need driveway because it has chunks missing, tire marks and weeds coming throughSo to shorten this story up, he never has come back to redo my driveway, he hasn't returned my sister's $1000, he avoids contact whenver he can and if he sees you are calling he won't answer. He will say he is coming and never show up. If anyone would like more info, please feel free to post here and I will get in contact with you. I have dozens of text messages.Dorian, if you read this, I am coming for you. Once the courts open up, I am going to sue you. I gave you so many opportunities to make it all right but you didn't take any of them.
