The Masterminds Childcare Centre - Chappelle

My 15 month old daughter started here in December after they recently opened up. We have had nothing but good things to say about this place since! They’ve been very accommodating to our daughters needs and if we’ve had any special requests (photo updates, etc) they’ve always tried their best to accommodate those as well! The manager Cheyanne is amazing at what she does and great at keeping us up to date on our daughter and new things going on at the daycare. The staff are all very friendly and amazing with the children. My daughter is always ecstatic to get dropped off there because she has such an amazing time! This is our first child and we were skeptical about daycares at first but this one has really eased our minds. We 10/10 would recommend to anyone thinking about this daycare for your child!

They never answer their phone and it is so hard to chase them for the receipts.

We had extremely negative experiences at this daycare and I felt the need to let others know that I would not recommend this center. Apart from the more upsetting events, we experienced trouble with: their keeping of financial records and providing us receipts; No daily lesson planning; Staff not knowing what to do with my son during nap time (they asked me to put him to bed at 10 so he would take a 2 hour nap in the day…) ; staff not communicating with one another so I was asked the same questions over and over again…and more. The owners never reached out to me regarding questions I had about my sons care, I’ve waited 5 months for a response. Unfortunately I feel the staff are not supported to make positive changes.

GREAT daycare, loving caring staff, professional management, amazing activities.Also there is a daily report to keep parents updated and my daughter is always happy to be there.the most important thing to me is that the daycare is ALWAYS CLEAN which provides my kid healthy environment to grow up in.I highly recommend it

My son is going to this daycare from day one and absolutely love it. All the teachers are so friendly and thoughtful. They are our family now. Prices are super low. Cheyanne is great. She became my sons best friend. This is the way should be. Thank you for that!
