I loved it here! It's organized better than (probably) all other used books stores I've been to and the staff is really nice. It's huge and stacked floor to ceiling with books. The best part, personally, is that there is a mix of newer and older books. Some are new books in pristine conditions while others are gently used older books. Everything has a place and it feeds my inner organizer. Also, they're pet friendly and I know my dog thoroughly enjoyed walking around. Great for a rainy/lazy day and book lover will absolutely love it!!

Tons of great books and at a pretty good price. The staff is helpful and kind. The books are used and sometimes in bad shape so the price can be a little off sometimes but for the most part they are reasonably priced. We'll worth a visit

I love Bay Used Books! Service is always top notch, everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help. I love that I can request titles through their website, and someone calls me back to confirm if they have it on hand. They even offer to put you on a wait list if you're hunting down some books, and they give you a shout when they come across them. You can easily spend hours here! Awesome activity, rain or shine, perfect for a date, a day out with the kids or even a little browse before or after catching a bite downtown. J'apprécie le service en français aussi! ❤️

I've been going to Bay Used Books now since I was 10 years old, about 27 years ago! I still go regularly and love to take my kids in. I feel so at home there surrounded by all those books. The staff is so helpful if there's a specific book you are looking for and they're always so nice! I could honestly spend the entire day there just going through all the sections. (I actually took my engagement photos there a few years back :)). I would recommend Bay's to anyone since with so much variety, they really do have something for everyone.

Been to this store several times now and each visit is met with friendly staff who always willing to assist locating what I came in searching for. Recommend you come here to get books. Great store full of books and haven't been disappointed.
