Back Country Jacks Restaurant
Absolutely delicious ribs hope to come again soon. Superior service from our waiter. Half chicken half ribs good for hubby and i to share w 2 sides. Too late for dessert but im sure the ice cream would have been just as good. Saw all kinds of sheep and deer on the street outside so were excited.

Not too bad of experience! Drinks are very reasonable ($4/glass of draft which was pilsner) ($7 cocktails) both fiance and I ordered the Jacks Kieser Club, was expecting more of a sandwich but got what seemed to be a chicken burger, regardless it was delicious. Very generous proportions, huge pile of fries. Menu was very confusing however, too much information to distract from the actual menu. Also was a bit dirty, sticky tables, a fruit fly and spider webs. Service was fantastic! I hope the waiter pocketed the cash tip ;) awesome decor. Over all, would come again, but maybe not recommend as first option.

Service was amazing but ribs had a weird flavor I wasn't crazy about and they were a bit tough. Not tender fall off the bon ribs. Other than that was a great atmosphere and cool drinks ...

Visiting Radium Hot Springs for 3 nights we stopped by this restaurant twice. You pay a big price but you get tastey food and good size portions. Friendly servers made for pleasant meals.

Back Country Jacks Restaurant
I stopped here on a trip to Calgary and the food was pretty good. I don't know what's up with the bad reviews but this place was great. Food portions are very good, the flavor was just as you would expect and service was incredibly good compared to other places around that area. I enjoyed the ribs and my wife had the chicken, both very good. I will definitely pass by again, whenever I'm around. The only thing I would say that was not that great was our table, it was broken and if you rest your arms there, it would just keep cracking. Other than that, good place overall.

On Saturday me and my husband drive to BC to get out of Calgary for the weekend , once we found out where we were staying we looked around radium and decided to try this place and we are so happy we did ! We got in kinda late and went there at 9:20pm. Despite then closing at 10 we were welcomed to sit down eat our appetite sets and our main courses. They didn’t bother us to hurry up and finish they kindly waited until we were done !! The food was delicious , fair priced and the restaurant inside was very nice and relaxing !! The service was amazing and we will most definitely go back when we are passing through town !!

Back Country Jacks Restaurant
We were excited based on the menu and ordered the chicken and ribs for two. The ribs were good and the Caesar salad was ok. The roasted potatoes were inconsistently cooked and the beans tasted awful and like bleach. The chicken looked good on the outside but was bloody raw inside.

Interesting interior with walls signed by customers. Server was attentive. Food was less than par. Steak sandwich" is just steak and 1 piece of garlic toast ? Server stated this is the sandwich. Tasteless sauce for the shrimp. Baked beans had a weird after taste."
