Body Blue

The Danforth location is a hop skip and a jump from home for me so when I need something new to wear, Body Blue is the place to go. Both Sam and his staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their stock is always up to date with the latest fashions (even when it's not to my liking :)) and they have that gift of knowing your size at first glance. The clothes themselves are high quality and stand the test of time and life. Not only to I get awesome product from friendly and helpful staff, I feel better knowing that I have done what I can to support local businesses. I would definitely recommend Body Blue to anyone who was looking for a place to shop that isn't a big box store. Thank to Sam and all his staff. You rock.

Was very disappointed with my first experience with Body Blue. Highly recommend checking through the full return policy in advance of ordering anything online. Learned the hard way they don’t compare to others after I ordered a full price item, and tried to return same day for refund as they didn’t fit. Their policy doesn’t cover returns (customer pays for shipping back) and they don’t offer refunds only credits. Turned off ordering anything else as I have no confidence it will fit and I won’t be supported in exchanging. Given the price tag ($250 for a pair of jeans) I recommend taking your business elsewhere so you know you can get an item that fits and good service.

Love the jeans that I purchased today! I drove in a good distance because of the advertised selections and also a specific brand that I was looking for. It was totally worth the drive! You just can’t over value a pair of comfortable jeans. Also really appreciated the great help in making the best selection. Just a nice balance of the right help vs giving some space to think and make my own decision. Last point, I appreciate the way the jeans were organized in the store as well as all the other items that nicely complement jeans. Everything was easy to compare and visualize for a good shopping experience. I will be back, even considering the drive!

Visited yesterday (sep 11, 2022) after not having had a proper shopping excursion in 2 years (pandemic). I wasn't feeling super jazzed about it but it was a necessary task.The staff were great and helped me out in a big way. I took home some lovely pieces and left feeling better than when I went it.

I have been shopping at Body Blue for years. Love the boutique size of it, how well they stock it, and the amazingly personal customer service - so it was a no brainer when I needed jeans during lock down that I would check in with them. I don't want only big box stores left when we are done with this so it was important to me to see who else might be pseudo open. Well the service was incredible. Sam was so responsive, helpful, and even did a personal delivery. And if that weren't enough - he followed up the next day to see what I thought of my purchase. Just amazing. This is the kind of service and care you get from Body Blue - supporting independents is the way to go!

I don't love shopping -- it's often overwhelming and confusing with sizes varying from brand to brand and sales folks who either ignore you or push you to buy.Body Blue transformed that experience for me. Mila, Sarah, and Sam were supportive, friendly, and super helpful. I was able to try things on at my own speed without feeling pushed or pulled in any direction. And the clothes -- are stunning. I am in love with each piece that I bought and after almost two years of living in soft pants and cozy sweaters, that's saying something.Thanks for this experience. I will be back.

Wonderful experience. The staff know their products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Was most impressed by how the sales person knew what sizes in each brand would actually fit me. Every pair of jeans they recommended fit and looked great. It felt so good to go into a store and have that level of customer service. Normally, shopping for jeans is a struggle for me. Loving my jeans and ooking forward to going back.

I'm happy to have found the store's website when I was searching online for a particular pair of jeans. I've placed a couple of online orders with them and each time they shipped the items very quickly. The items were also well packaged. Would definitely recommend!
