We have been with Melissa and her team for years. Always top notch service, very accommodating and our pups have always loved going there. I've been taking Milly in for grooming here for about a year. Melissa is very good with her, and does an amazing job with her cuts and finish. I'm always informed what has been done, and am given great advice!

I took my Australian shepherd mix who is a very wild boy here. Melissa groomed him beautifully and I could tell he was very well taken care of when I went to get him because he took a liking to her which he is usually a one person type of dog. 10 out of 10 I would recommend to anyone! She also grooms my aunts very crazy little dog who has been hurt at a different groomers before and you wouldn't know he had past trauma because he loves going to see Melissa!

Melissa is an Absolutely amazing groomer. I've brought my dogs to a few different groomers but none compare. She is very hygienic and friendly and has a magic touch with pups!

No one will ever take as good of care for your fur baby like yourself but this place comes very close! Went out of province for a week and was pretty concerned about leaving my sphynx. She was in such good hands and had a great time she almost didn't want to come home. I got picture updates daily and knew she was safe and content. Thanks!!

I have been taking my dog to Melissa for 10 years. My dog absolutely loves her and Melissa is the only person I know that my dog submits for belly rubs as soon as she sees her. She obviously is gentle with the animals and gives them all the love they deserve. We have never been dissatisfied with her service. I highly recommend Melissa to all my friends.

My dog is a nervous fella and he loves going to Melissa. She has been a godsend with my dog, she is always open to feedback and is as accommodating as she can be given how busy she is. I'd much rather go to a busy groomer knowing how great they are!

I was apprehensive so send my 2 boys to a boarding place, but my vet told me about this place.We checked it out and it was great, I was able to check in on them during our trip and everyone was super friendly and accomodating. My cats were happy and healthy, and seem to have had a good time.Now whenever we are away, I don't have to worry and I know they are well cared for!

My pup HATES being groomed and can be a bit anxious, but she is still always so excited to see the girls at magic touch. I am happy with the results of her grooming every time I come and when she is there I know she is in good hands. ❤️

I can't express how much gratitude I have for Magic Touch! Not only did Melissa and team help me out of a huge bind, they gave my cats a safe place to stay while I was out of province and my house flooded. Melissa was able to accommodate exactly what I needed with a tight turnaround time, she provided consistent updates and sent videos and pictures so I could see how my babes were doing. Would highly recommend this lovely family run business!
