I gave the one extra star for service mainly. The sandwich was fine but the only choice of sides is stale potato chips. The cost is completely ridiculous. Wine is x4 of liquor store. This area of the airport has no decent places to sit down and have a nice meal. So disappointed. It’s a long hike back to the other areas so once you are here you are kind of stuck. I understand you pay a premium in an airport but this is unreasonable. Totally taking advantage of tired, hungry people.

Really bad, charging 4 star prices for microwaved pasta. Noodles cold and hard around the outside of the plate and soft in the middle. Small portions, no staff, no service.

Friendly staff, average food. I order a coke and wings for $27.54. Is it worth it? No, not at all. And yet I’m still hungry.

Food looks ok, but you MUST order by iPad, then MUST pay by credit card (no money accepted... From where I come from that is illegal, give no value to cash) . If this airport is the staple of consumerism, this store should be the poster child. Unless you want to surf the fancy Apple powered consumerism, avoid

Food is mediocre at best. Cocktails really bad - ordered an old fashioned with makers but this was def not it. I actually sent one back thinking they had mixed up an order only to receive the same old fashioned" that loooked more like a whiskey or pisco sour back. Never had a foamy old fashioned before..."

Pathetic excuse for a meal and drink. I paid $46 for a Negroni and a cheese plate". Take a look at the pic for yourself. Pre-made plate with a couple of pieces of sliced baguette for $23 + tax and tipThis place should really be ashamed of itself. YYZ management should really keep tabs on the quality on the establishments they allow into their captive locations behind security."

Vinifera Terminal 3 restaurant is located in the departure area of Canada’s busiest airport. This location is situated central in the international departures area. Offering Italian fare with a twist, there is a large selection of entrees and desserts as well as a extensive beverage and drinks section. Comfortable familly environment while you await your departure.

Honestly dont know why this place has such a bad review. Perfect place when waiting for your food. The servers dont care much about you but are still on point. I ordered the pasta plate - good amount for what you pay for. The prices are ok, nothing overly high. The food was good, no complaints.
