If this company can give a zero-star rating, I will give it a zero-star rating without hesitation. Our family moved to Yukon to work for a year, and they rented out the house for a year. As a result, we moved back to Winnipeg and wanted a house. It was rented out and the contract expired in another 9 months. I hadn't been notified before to change the tenant and sign for another year. And the person who signs the contract is not the same as the person who lives in the house! The tenant has no credit history checked at all!

My tenant left some mess in my owner property, but they didn’t find anything wrong during end walkthrough and left me no deposit. When I asked them to look into these issues, they said they would only if I remove my 1 star rating. The funniest thing is, I never rated them before. So I give a one star since they asked for it.

I moved to an apartment that's managed by upper edge and the process was very smooth. They are very easy to reach whenever there's an issue that needs to be fixed. They always respond promptly and always call to check and follow up until issues are resolved. It was unfortunate that something came up that i had to move out early but even then, they were still very helpful in understanding my situation. LAURA is beyond amazing. If i would have to find another apartment in the future, i would definitely come back to upper edge.

I have been using the services of Upper Edge Property Management for 4 plus years now and I am very pleased with the services that Garret and his team have provided. They have always made sure to professionally advertise my property for optimal results. They have a thorough process to screen for qualified tenants and I’ve been very happy with the different long term tenants I have had. They take care of any repair, cleaning etc. after and before a new tenant moves in. The tenants also seem to be happy with the company. Communication is very good. The fees charged for the services are worth it. Thank you Garret and management team.

All representatives from the office staff to the maintenance department, contractors and property inspectors have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and willing to go above and beyond to do a good job! Upper Edge Property Management
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this company, initially it was fantastic and they would answer promptly in the application process. As soon as we had all our documents and applications in all communication ended, I called regarding our application and was told I would get an email for all missing requirement and unfortunately that never happened. We applied for two houses over 3 weeks ago…and we’ll never heard if we were approved or denied. Very disappointed and will not be recommending to others to rent through this company.
