Maybe we got the order wrong, maybe they did, but if you make someone wait 5 min for an order, and then go back inside to check the order again, maybe bring some fries with you no matter who is right or wrong. Just no independent thought happening from the staff.

Will never order from them again. Skip order was placed and it took 1 hour to get to my house. When opened up my friend realized he wanted ketchup on his burger, only to find completely RAW chicken inside of his junior chicken, and not just one. BOTH burgers were completely raw. This could have killed someone and the cross contamination between our entire order made us throw it all out. The lack of commitment to the employees jobs is ridiculous and dangerous to peoples health. We will never be coming back.

Where's the rest of my fries and gravy!? By the taste of the fries they found them on the floor behind the deep fryer (the whole ten of them that there was). Not to mention the pound of salt someone added to the burgers. Would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible. They wanted to charge us 4 times the cost ($20 for 4 plain eggs) because they could not work the buttons on the machine. Never had this at any Mcdonald. It’s also very small and dirty but I guess they rely on the highway traffic and don’t worry about service.

So busy the line didn't move! Right place wrong time. I paid for my coffee but after 20 minutes gave up and left. This is a restaurant on a popular intercity route. Many are travelling between and it is really inconvenient to wait so long. Not sure whether just too much business or staffing problems?

WOW! This location is either the slowest group of workers ever, or the 5 people behind the counter spent 10 minutes trying to determine who was going to A. Take my order. (That alone took 10 min. Just for 1 of the 5 employees to even acknowledge that I was standing there will my daughter. Or B. Make my food a fountain drink (cup) and nuggets, and fries. Which took another 7 or 8 minutes, which meant burnt hard nuggets that had to be exchanged. (The new ones took 30 seconds some how?). I could understand if the 5 employees were busy with other customers, but my daughter and I were the only 2 in line at the time. I'm a big fan of McDonalds fast food when you're in a hurry, but I'm afraid I can't in good conscious recommend this location at this time. Need some serious retraining, or new staff. :(

We had a couple of chicken burgers and fries. They tasted just excellent after a long drive in a U-HAUL. The staff were super efficient and friendly. They looked like they were managing to stay cool, which is hard to do in a restaurant in the summer.The restaurant was clean and people were in and out with no complaints.If we ever make the drive again, we're stopping here again for sure.Also, there is a big parking lot if you're driving a U-Haul.

Went to drive thru at around 11pm, fries were crispy hot, burger patties were prepared fresh. We had to wait for a bit but totally worth it

They made us pull up to the waiting area just passed the drive thru exit and someone cut through our protective layer underneath the car to cut into the coolant lines and resulted in our engine being damaged.Will never stop in Red Deer ever again.
