Lady at the front desk is quite rude and seems to hate her job.The people at the travel help desk are bilingual and very accommodating.So I went and asked for travel maps and a travel book for North western Ontario.All the had was an overview book for Ontario which waa extremely limited on its information.I did however get a map of Ontario.I am a caa member and these items are free.So I asked if they could order me a book for western Ontario,manitoulin Island and the Thunder Bay area and I would pay for them even though they should be free since they did not have any in English and I would come back and pick them up.So the reo searched the system and said I'm sorry but I cannot order them in English.I was absolutely dumbfounded.I said well this is why I am a member.I asked can you suggest how I might be able to get one. Via caa website etc.The response was... Maybe you could drive to Ottawa in Ontario and they should have them in English at the beginning of my trip.I held back my anger and responded with a dumbfounded laugh... are you serious...The answer waa yes.... I'm sorry sir..If you're English do not expect much for service at this office at all.If there was a -5 star rating I would have picked that rating for this place.

Friendly staff. They helped me with all requests i had. Perfect for passport pictures!

Excellent service and their travel shop is well stocked.

Lots of governmental services can be done here, I renewed my driving pass.
