Unfortunately this business has a habit of ghosting the customer. This happened to me and another landlord. Seems like if he can’t solve an issue, he totally cuts off all communication. Our washing machine was left in many pieces, Brayden was never to be heard from again. I tried calling and texting and emailing, and never a response. The other person I know was waiting for this business to get back to them after an initial visit about a dryer, promising he’d do some research into their situation and contact them. There was no contact, and he didn’t answer any communication from them either. Seems like this is now a pattern with Brayden. I would warn you to not trust him.

I called Last Call to take a look at my oven which smelled strongly of gas when used. Brayden did a great job listening to the issue over the phone and came equipped with repair parts in hand. It turned out no new parts are needed, and he was able to solve the problem by simply correctly calibrating the valves. The problem was completely solved and for very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to others.

Braydon from Last Call Appliance Repair came on Monday March 27 to diagnose the problem with my microwave. He charged me $100 for the call and said he would order the necessary part and return Friday morning March 31 to repair the microwave. The $100 would, he said, also cover installation of the part. My cheque cleared my bank the next day, March 28. When he did not show up again on Friday, I tried calling and texting numerous times. No response. I gather from another review here and from the appliance repair company I am now working with, that this is a pattern of behaviour with this guy. This is not integrous behaviour. Steer clear of Last Call Appliance Repair.

I called Brayden to come take a look at my fridge and he was able to book me the next day. He was there on time and was able to find and fix the problem promptly. He also took the time to answer all my questions. I would recommend Brayden to anyone who needs their appliances repaired.

Brayden really knows his stuff. He identified the problem quickly, sourced a part and got our dishwasher working again. He communicates well and is a pleasure to work with.
