Amazing experience!! After an unfortunate experience less than an hour before at a different salon, I had to go to Regal to fix the other salon's mistake. Christina was amazing and did a phenomenal job! She made what was a terrible salon day a great one.Very friendly, professional and caring.

I went once and will never go back. They're not gentle at all. For my hands I picked a colour from their samples and they didn't tell me they didn't have it. After she started she told me she was trying to make" it like that

I went to get my nails done today and it looks like new management has taken over this location. I went another time before and it was awful but today when I went, they had a special on for pedicures at $25 and my nails turned out flawless!! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and Amy who did my services was the best! Definitely going back!

My friend and I came here together and both left extremely happy! The ladies here do an amazing detailed job. There are 3 types of shellac to choose from that are all FDA approved, and NOT imported from China! :)After a terrible experience at the nail salon in the Dollarama Plaza, I came here to have my nails fixed and left a very happy customer. Lily does an incredible job. All the staff are super friendly. 10/10 would recommend

Made a last minute decision to get a mani pedi and was able to get a walk in appointment. Christine was friendly and professional, the salon was clean and the massage chair was so relaxing. I had a great experience.

Christine is gone and was a lash professional. These new people have given me eye infections and used nail glue on my lashes. They shouldn't be in this profession. Mani and pedis are cheap because my nail polish chippedDaily. Very dirty.

Edited to their reply: An apology doesn’t refund my money owed. Please refund me.Horrible, don’t accept gift cards and blame changing of owners. When you purchase a business that is a RISK and LIABILITY you take, gift cards have no expiration! How is that the fault of consumer?? Crooks!

Came here for a pedicure within less than 24 hours my toe nails begin to hurt. She cut too much nail and now I am dealing with a wound and ingrown toe nail. It hurts! She wasn’t also not the most friendliest person either. Not happy and we are coming back either.
