They didn’t accept a valid license from USA despite asking them a couple of times for documentation needed when I booked the car over the phone before reaching for pickup. Rude customer rep at the counter. Do yourself a favor and walk over to Budget which is close to this place.

We arrived around 11:30 to pick up an SUV booked for noon... but no car available. The representative told us it was first come, first serve! But c'mon, we had a booking for that day for that precise moment! She offered to replace the SUV by a minivan... :/ Finally she got in touch with her colleagues at the airport to know if they could bring a car over. It would take time. Ok... and they would call us... around 2pm. Ok ok... but at 3pm, we were worried not receiving any call! So we stopped by the office, again. The representative had lost our numbers!!!When we finally left with an SUV, it was already 3:30pm... so bad for a tight schedule! The rep told us she would offer the second driver and 1 day of insurance... well?! But the best part is that she didn't remember anything when we brought the car back! And I had to refresh her memory to get the reimbursement of the promised discounts". Finally when she got the story right

Very friendly staff. Was the only place renting on a holiday (at a higher rate than regular days of course, but at least I was able to get a car). No issue with returning the keys after office hours

VERY BAD service! We rented a car and got a confirmation and went to pick up the car there was no one there!! We waited for 1 hour and the office was still closed and they say they open 24/7! We had booked a hotel for 3 days and now we’re calling other rental companies trying to find a car!!!!!
