An amazing staff to help make the experience a lot more enjoyable. Going into surgery I had lots of questions. Everyone I talked to provided knowledgeable answers and we're able to assist me in my journey to better eyesight. Can't say enough about the facility and staff.

I had an excellent experience at the Oakville clinic. Maryam and Tara were very caring and professional as they handled my initial session and made sure I was at ease throughout the entire testing and consultation process leading up to my surgery date. Thank you for making sure I was well informed and absolutely confident in my final decision.

This has been such an incredible experience for me! 26 years with glasses and to be free of them and contacts is just fantastic!The experience from the first consultation, to booking the surgery, then the surgery its self!Just great the staff are all so friendly at the Mississauga and Oakville locations i was at! Amazing experience! Everyone at the oakville location from reception to to the examiners and ada! Everyone was sooo nice soo understanding and helpful! Made you feel super comfortable answered all the questions and always put my eye health first above all! So happy i went through with it! Had an amazing experience in mississauga for my actual operation and the way the doctor handled the whole operation and his team was so impressive! 10/10 really do recommend! Special shout out to krysta as well really supported us through the financing! Also would like to say that the hotline for lasik to ask questions were also really kind and helpful!

The customer service and care is impeccable, hands down best I have received anywhere. In less than 24 hours after surgery I had better than 20/20 vision. It’s been 5 days now and I’m still in shock at how drastically my life has changed. The procedure itself was painless and fast. You would think the nurses and surgeon would be desensitized to the process but they treated everyone with kind and gentle care. Can’t recommend it enough!

When I came in for my consultation all staff were very kind in explaining the process of the lasik procedure and I was given many options. However, went I went for the procedure I found that the surgeon was very rude. After cutting the flap open on my one eye (which I felt I was not fully prepared for) I asked for a few seconds to relax and calm down. He proceeded to raise his voice to me saying No we cant wait we have to do it right away!!!". I felt very distressed and upset that this is the way i was treated for an elective surgery. Everyone else was kind. The following day i had my 24h follow-up appt and the eye care professional said I need to return in 3-4 days to monitor inflammation in my eye. She did not give me any education about the inflammation (i.e.

I had a fantastic experience with this Lasik location. The staff are all super friendly. From Sabeena, Tara and Maryam, every step of the process was super easy and non-stressful. They were able to address any concerns I had and went above and beyond what I expected in terms of service. Very happy I went ahead with Lasik.

I was treated well before going through the surgery and after paying 4500$ , the technician named Maryam in oakville branch treated me in a rude way when I described my pain to herMy concerns was that I have the right eye was not treated well- she didn’t even sanitize the machine before us- I came exactly at 9:00 my appointment and she came late and she was in rush- every single question I have she answered me go to your family doctorI said I have huge pain and pressure in my eyes , she kept repeating go to your family doctor l!!!My surgery was done in LASIK MD not with family doctor l!!- she was completely aggressive and rude in her way measuring the eye sight by the machineShe needs to finish as soon as possible- I was really shocked how she is dealing with patients in such way.- even I still have more questions, and she opened the door to let me outside and I was told go for the reception.I am really sad how stressful was such a follow up session with such rude technicianI will keep contacting the head office for official complaint.

Fantastic overall experience with Lasik MD Mississauga location!All the staff were kind, attentive, professional and more from the first phone call to after the procedure. I felt calm and relaxed though it all and was even able to listen to my favourite music...loved that extra perk! They were recommended and I'm glad I chose to go with them. I am eternally grateful for everyone there and that they choose to do what they do, they are all doing a very important job and are very much appreciated for doing it!With sincere gratitude i thank you all for helping to give me my full eyesight without glasses or contacts which I have never experienced since I was a very small child! Definitely recommend this surgery if you're on the fence. It's life changing! It's been three 3 weeks since my surgery and my eyesight is amazing. Couldn't be more happier! The Oakville clinic was exceptional in my needs and concerns throughout the process! Shoutout to Maryam, Ada, Nerizsa and especially Tara.
