The fish and shrimps were good but the rice was a bit disappointing.Generally speaking I noticed that the food quality has dropped for past 2 years.

This place is a must go. It is unique from other restaurants in that you buy the fish first and then the chefs cook it up how you want it.

The best place for fresh seafood I've had so far.It was our first time experiencing anything like this, where you choose your seafood upfront and they prep and cooked it for your on the spot. It's definitely more pricy than going to a seafood restaurant, but worth the price!! Got to save up some we can come back again.

First time thereThe fishes and the sides were good to be honest. And the guy who took my order was professional. But it was old and unfortunately not clean. Really !The table, the chairs were sticky. Even the floor, my shoes were literally sticky. The services was poor, I would say really bad.The little fat guy (cashier) was unpleasant, nasty. Not smiling and cold. it was clear that any request were too much for him. Man resign and find something else if this job make you so sad and bitter !!!An old couple entered while we were eating, they have been seated and ask for cleaning the table , what I can perfectly understand. The waitress first refused (curtly) pretending she already cleaned it, but only because they insisted she finally cleaned but clearly she was angry for that. The cleanliness and services are mandatory for restaurants receiving customers.Clean the table for customers is the minimum expected.I won’t go there a second time

Waiters did their best, they worked really hard and were very polite. Food was delicious and nice presentation. The place was so tight that you could barely move out of your seat. Tables were too close to each other, hardly any space to move or for customers to stand in line and our table was not even reserved like we were told when we called ahead. We had to wait for a table to open up. The place was so crowded, unfortunately we couldn't hear each other on top of the unnecessary loud music. You could only talk to the person right next to you (barely). Finally, they did not even have a menu to choose from (not a menu book and not an actual menu on the board). Online website has a poor menu as well. There are no pictures or full menu with pictures. You had to order at the front and you had to be ready to order but there's no space to stand and look." Overall very unorganized and tight spaced. Not all food was at the front so definitely a menu would have been helpful here. Needs a bigger place or less tables and definitely more waiters since it took too long to get a hold of anyone. The place was so crowded

An excellent egyptian-style seafood restaurant, my favorite ever. You choose your fish or seafood, and then how it is prepared. For sides, you can choose from rice, spiced-rice, salad and spiced wedges. There is also a soup. To anyone willing to try something new, I absolutely recommend the grilled octopus. If you're going with a group, it is better to reserve in advance as they are often busy.

Very delicious seafood restaurant. We had deep fried calamari, shrimp, basa fillet, popcorn shrimp, salad and wedges. They are all very yummy. Must try restaurant in ottawa/Orleans area. Will definitely go there again.

By far my favourite seafood restaurant in Ottawa! The food is amazing. This Egyptian-style seafood restaurant is the best. The fried tilapia is to die for. I highly recommend it.

Food was great. Bill was about $90, split amongst 3 people - very reasonable for the food, quality and quantity. No complaints. Will come back again.

The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered Fried Calamari, Sauteed Shrimp, Bass and Tilapia. They could do better with the service, like improving on the small plastic cups, and making sure the AC works during a very hot day. A smile also goes a long way!
