Wawa Tourist Information Centre
The tourist centre is just off Highway 17. While the tourist centre is closed the washrooms are open. This is a small park area where you can have a shot with the Goose and stretch your legs in a lovely park with beautiful scenery.

We were so glad we stopped! We got a local map, directions to two waterfalls and our hotel, and a good restaurant recommendation. There were also clean restrooms, WiFi, interesting info about the region, and of course the goose sculpture! There's plenty of parking and several picnic tables.

We went in to grab information and using the washroom. it was a must stop to picture with Goose. The day we stopped by, there was an exhibition. We bought some soaps and souvenirs.

It was closed when we were here, but to be fair it was about 5:30 PM on a Sunday in September. The artwork outside was great. It's too bad it's closed for the season in September, there were still so many other tourists that time of year that it was difficult finding rooms.
