Surrey Wide Gas fireplace Repair

Extremely unprofessional as they never followed up after coming for the first trip and left a mess after doing half the job. They told us we needed a certain part which they will order and return however they never followed up with a date which they said they will do. When I called back, they texted me what I needed as they were busy and they would call back which never happened. I had to call them back the next day and they told us they do not have the part we need and recommended a different company to use. I explained to them that they left a mess and cut all the wires which I sent pictures but they ghosted us after multiple text messages. I do not recommend using them.
